Order processing

We usually process orders within 1–2 days before dispatch. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery typically takes 7–14 days after dispatch. These times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may take longer depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs processing or seasonal demand.

Shipping options and costs

Available shipping options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Christmas orders

Please allow for both processing and delivery time when ordering Christmas gifts. Unless we explicitly confirm otherwise, we cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas or another specific date.

Delayed or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact shoptappychristmas@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
